A K A Day is a charity raising funds for cardiac screening sessions.


A K A Day works closely with Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) to promote well-being and raise funds for cardiac screening sessions.

A K A Day focuses its fundraising in May each year. Being run entirely by volunteers, they needed a completely new site that could take some of the burden off the back office by handling multiple complex registrations and associated payments.

They also needed effective news and events updates to publicise events, especially upcoming free cardiac screening sessions.

The new site delivers a news and events blog-style service.

Enrollment is handled by a suite of simple-to-use ‘smart forms’ integrated with the Stripe payment platform – straight to their bank account. A full audit trail is provided of all entries and payments.
